SHICKSHINNY BOROUGH WORK SESSION MINUTES October 28, 2021 The monthly work session meeting of the Borough of Shickshinny Council was held on Thursday, October 28, 2021, in the council room oft the Shickshinny Municipal Building. President Rosalie Perr roll call, thej following members ofcouncil were present: Rosalie Whitebread &, Jim Wido. Kevin Kruczek, Candice Kruczek &. Joe. Buchalski were absent. Secretary Lori Ragazzo was present. Whitebread called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. MAYORSREPORT- No Report. ZONING OFFICER'S REPORT- No Report. President Whitebread informed Council Member Wido that there seems to be some issues with the Zoning/Code officers. She has received aj few complaints because hei is not calling people back and it also seems that he is being unreasonable with wohat he is asking people to do. The residents feel like they are being harassed and singled out. It zas decided that this needs to be discussed with the Zoning Officer during the next meeting. SOLICITOR'SH REPORT- No Report PRESIDENT'S REPORT- Rosalie discussed the ongoing issues with the Crary Street project, she stated again, that she never once told that man to put a hole in the Mountain, she wanted it shaved at the end. Lori discussed the issues that are now, going on with the Rockveiw East & West project. Council was informed oft the conversation that took place via phone with, Engineer. John Ackerman.
