ORDINANCE NO. 1/67  AN ORDINANCE OFTHE BOROUGH OF NORTH BRADDOCK PROHIBITING PARKING ATTIMES SCHEDULED FOR STREET CLEANING  AND SWEEPING.  NOW, THEREFORE, BE: IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED by the Borough Council oft the Borough ofNorth Braddock, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, pursuant to  the Pennsylvania Borough Code, as amended, as follows:  Section 1. Parking shall be prohibited at the time, days, and months posted for each of the streets in the Borough of North Braddock designed for street sweeping during the periods from April 15 through November 15 of each and every year. The times and days oft the week shall be posted on each street in the Borough.  Section 2. Any person who shall violate the provisions of this section and park in prohibited areas at prohibited times scheduled for street sweeping shall, upon  conviction thereof, be sentenced toj pay: a find of$10 per violation.  Section 3. All provisions of previous Ordinances of the Borough of North Braddock or parts thereof, which are contrary to or inconsistent with this Ordinance, are  expressly repealed. enactment.  Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective ithirty days after its  ORDAINED AND ENACTED as an Ordinance of the Borough of North Braddock, at  the Borough Council meeting held this 15th day of June, 2021.
