CITYOF  OAKDALE  State of Minnesota City of Oakdale  Proclamation  WHEREAS, September 17, 2023, marks the two hundred thirty-sixth anniversary of the drafting of the WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper to accord official recognition to this magnificent document and its WHEREAS, Public Law 915 authorizes the President of the United States to designate September 17th- THEREFORE, I, Kevin Zabel, Mayor of Oakdale, Minnesota, hereby proclaim September 17th - 23rd as "Constitution Week", and September 17th as "Constitution Day" ini the City of Oakdale.
