The Borough is maintaining that we have yet to agree to anything until "As Built" is submitted and the developer shows the stormwater plans for the entire project. The Borough solicitor is also waiting for the contractor's attorney toj provide written justification as to why they feel they can proceed with the original plans that do not meet current Charter Homes partners conducted aj presentation regarding their proposed work at Council's December meeting. Since that time, Staff and our solicitor met with CHP and their attorney. Conclusion was to have an agreement drawn up by the Borough's Solicitor that would spell out what needs to be accomplished prior to plans being approved by Council.
