KENHORST BOROUGH COUNCIL MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER 7, 2023 MEETING President, Jonathan Smith called the meeting to order at 7:00pm. Roll call was taken with the following Council members present: Mayor Nikolas Hatzas, Anthony Avilla, Terry Mohler, Peter Also in attendance: Jim McCarthy Engineering, Lt. President of Council: Terry Shuker of 57 Wesleyan Drive said the fire department did a outstanding job on the Approval of Minutes-President Smith presented the minutes from the August 3, 2023 Council meeting for approval. Mr Mohler made a motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Mr. Jeff Smith. Motion passed unanimously. Mayor: Mr Hatzas reported the fines collected in August were 150.00. He also Kenhorst VFD Chief Report: Chief Dwayne Hart presented total 641 fire calls. The chicken barbecue heldi in August, 848 dinners sold for $10,176.00, bake sale sold $122.00, public donation was $707.00 grand total $11,005.00. Finance Report: Mr. Weidenheimer made the motion to accept the report.
