HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP YORK COUNTY PA BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SPECIAL MEETING MONDAY, MARCH 13, 2023 @7PM HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP MEETING ROOM & ZOOM  7:00 PM  Chairman Manifold called the meeting to order at 7:00pm and opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance. In attendance were Supervisors David Wisnom and John Chairman Manifold stated the new buildings will be funded by the ARPA (Covid funds) money the Township received in 2021-2022. The bids were advertised in the two newspapers and posted on the Township website. Prevailing wage will be in place for  O'Neill, Attorney Cory Dillinger, and Township Manager Katie Berry.  all contractors.
