Railroad St. Heidelberg, Pa. President Losego called the meeting to order at 6:30pm.  ROLL CALL Members Present: Ray! Losego, President Richard Pattinato,' VP Dave Morgan, Councilman Dorothy McCartney, Councilwoman Charles Jones, Councilman P.J. Murray, Solicitor MINUTES: Heidelberg.  Also Present: Mayor LaSota (via telephone)  )  Mayor LaSota presented Mr.. John Duda a proclamation for his service toi the Borough of Mr. Losego introduced Ms.. Jenn Slagle from Gateway Engineers. Ms. Slagle gave ar reporto on  Phase II Consent order update for the Borough of Heidelberg.  MOTION:  Mr.Jones made ar motion, seconded by Mr. Morgan to approve the. January 12, 2022 minutes. B. ROADS AND PUBLIC HEALTH  Mr.. Jones gave al report on the Dump Truck emergency repairs that were made to the Hydraulic System. Mr.. Jones also gave a report on thei fuel tank that is ordered fort the DumpTruck. Mr.. Jones reported that the Contract for Snow Removal on Route 50 with PennDot needs to be Mr.. RECREATION AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS  Ms. McCartney reported that the Recreation Committee will meet on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 ati the Community Room to discuss upcoming events. Ms. McCartney stated that they are working on the following: Clean- up day - Movie nights - Ice Cream Event and Fall Mr. Pattinato stated that after the last snowfallt the Borough'sroads didn'tappear tol be saltedi in Chief Pollakreportedi that thei fund raising event at the Firehall will be held on February19,2 2022.  Festival.  E. PUBLIC: SAFETY  at timely fashion due tot the distribution of the: salt from Scott Township. PUBLIC COMMENT:  Mr. Losego requestedi for Volunteers to! help with the replacement of streetlight bulbs. Mr. Duda volunteered along with Mr. Losego. Chief Pollack will ask for ai few firemen to volunteer.  )  Mayor LaSota reported on the summary police statistics covering the period of time of January 1stt to. January 315t. During that time, the Department received 334 calls fors service, of which35  John Duda stated that duringt the snowt fall the sidewalks at Marathon and Walgreen's were not cleared. Also, some residents sidewalks were not cleared. Mr. Losego stated that hel believes the  ordinance states they need to be cleared within 24 hours.
