The meeting was called to order by' Vice Chairperson. NEWI BUSINESS-A ARBORIST REPORT & APPLICATIONS Tree Removal Program: Tyler is finalizing bid package that willi focus on the trees with ratings of3& 4. Package willl bes sent out for bid shortly. Public' Works has been able to remove several trees that were on the list, mainly trees with 2i in diametertrunks: and Tree Maintenance Program: Tyler will confirm that the pollarding oft thel London Plains has been completed. Tall Timbers is currently working on the most recent pruning package that consists of trees with risk ratings of 3& 4 and are primarily Oak and Elm Trees. Trees that have been submitted for pruning and previously approved by STC are also being completed by Tall Timbers. Tyler is coordinating with Public Works to create a list of pruning's that they can handle. Tyler has requested pricing for the specialized less than 101 feet tall.
