STREET COMMITTEE  Ball, Houser & Owatt  Item 8A: 2021 Paving Project  New Enterprise was awarded the 2021 Paving Project and received ai notice to proceed commencing on July 19, 2021. They commenced work on September 13, 2021. The milling and paving ofther northwest quadrant of1 thel borough is nearing completion. The deadline for  completion is September 28, 2021. Recommended Action -No action required.  Item 8B: Ordinance Regarding Implementation of Act 50of2021  The Borough has the right, under. Act 50, to regulate uses oft the Right-of-Way. This ordinance administers aj process for managing requests for the placement of Small Wireless  Facilities within the Borough.  2    Recommended Action - Grant tentative approval to Ordinance #659 Establishing procedures and requirements pertaining to the implementation of Act 50 of2021 and regulating small wireless facilities to bej placed within the public right-of-way. ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE  Houser, Jacoby & Kuhar  Item 9A: 2021 Budget Preparation  The Manager is preparing preliminary budget numbers. The administration committee will meet on Tuesday, October 5th to compile at tentative budget for Council'sreview at the October meeting. Final adoption is expected at the November Council meeting.  Recommended Action -1 No action required.  Item 9B: Employee Pension Plans  There are several routine actions required every year relative to the employee pension plans. The Minimum Municipal Obligation (MMO) is the amount calculated each year that isi required to be deposited into each pension plan. Regulations require Council to formally approve that number by September 30th. The state aid unit value for 2022 has not yet been announced, but iti is not necessary to adopt the actuarily determined: MMO.  3    The state aid listed below: is approximated. Item 11E: Lease Agreement with Goodwill of the Southern Alleghenies  Ebensburg Borough and Goodwill oft the Southern Alleghenies entered into al lease agreement October 18, 2018: for three years, terminating on September 31, 2021. The tenant has requested to renew the lease with the Borough for one year, commencing on 10-1-2021.  Recommended Action - Approve a one-year lease with Goodwill.  Item 11F: Lease Agreement with Cambria County Child Development Corp.  Ebensburg Borough and Goodwill oft the Southern Alleghenies entered into al lease agreement October 18, 2018 fort three years, terminating on September 31, 2021. Thei tenant has requested to renew at three-year lease with the Borough from 10-1-2021 until 9-31-2024. Recommended Action - Approve the three-year lease with Cambria County Child  Development Corp.
