In that regard, Council has been provided with a draft of Resolution #2022-10 which 1) authorizes the application fora a $1,875,996 grant through the Multimodal Transportation Grant, and 2) authorizes appropriate Borough officers to execute After further investigation by staff, it was determined that thej proposed project is not consistent with the current Lease and Licensing Agreement between the Authority and Nathan' sl Divide.
