Present were President Boy and Council members Tomon, Mazzant and Gebhardt. Absent was Tak: Also present were Mayor Cisco, Solicitor Minett, Secretary Christy, Joe MacDonald and Justin Neupauer. A motion wa made by Mazzant and seconded by" Tomon to accept the minutes of the December 19, 2022 meeting as received.  was TREASURER'S REPORT: unanimously. VISITORS: No comments. MAYORSREPORT: SEWER: STREETS: PARKS:  call vote taken with all voting yes. Motion passed unanimously.  Arc  General Fund $342,434. Fuel Fund $73,272. Memorial-$1,921. Amotion was made Gebhardt seconded by Mazzant to accept the treasurer'sreport. A roll call vote was taken with all voting yes. by Motion passed and  Mayor Cisco reported that police spent 46 hours on patrol, answered 52 calls, and had! 5 incidents.  Monthly meeting will be held. January 19 at 12:00 PM.  R.A.R. Engineering reported that the Borough should get results of their grant application in 61 to 8 weeks. Tomon reported that ai request was received from Ellwood City Athletic Director, Mr. Agostinelli,  Rodgers ballfield from 3/1/23t to5/15/23.  for the use of  ZONING:  President Boy informed Council that an informal meeting will bel held with Lawrence  Allen Miller concerning the proposed Borough Zoning Ordinance.  County Director of Planning  OLDB BUSINESS:  Mazzant informed Council oft the need for a domain name for the new Borough website Council wasi informed that Herb Cratty/sappointment to the Planning. Commission is void  being developed through since he is not an Ellport  Lava New Media, LLC. resident. NEW BUSINESS:  Amotion was made by Mazzant and seconded by Tomon authorizing Solicitor Minett to review and proposed junk vehicle ordinance. AI roll call vote was taken with all voting yes. Motion  advertisea  passed unanimously.    Ar motion was made by Gebhardt and seconded by Tomon to adopt Resolution 01 of 2023, authorizing the Borough Soliciitor to acti in certain circumstances and promptly report to Council on those actions. Ar roll call vote was taken wi Ar motion was made by Gebhardt and seconded by Mazzant to accept receipts and pay the bills. A roll call vote was  all voting yes.
