The regular monthly meeting of Ellport Borough Council was held on the above date in Council Chambers, Ellport Borough Building. Present were President Boy and Council members Takacs, Tomon and Mazzant. Ab- sent was Gebhardt. Also present were Mayor Cisco, Solicitor Minett, Secretary Christy, Joe MacDonald and justin Neupauer.
