The regular monthly meeting of the Ellport Borough Council was the above date in Council Chambers, Ellport Borough Building. Present were President Boy and Council members Takacs, Mazzant and Tomon. Absent was Gebhardt. Also present were Mayor Cisco, Solicitor Minett, Secretary Christy and Joe MacDonald. A motion was made Takacs and seconded by Mazzant to accept the minutes of the November by, 2023 Council meeting as received. A roll call vote was taken with all 20, on held voting yes.
