Present on were Council President William Boy, Vice-President Tammy Mazzant and Council members Matthew Gebhardt and Jacqueline Bowman. Absent was Council member Jeffrey Borroni. Also present were Mayor Joseph Solicitor Thomas Minett, Seçretaty/Treasurer Marguerite Christy Cisco, and employee Joseph MacDonald.
