The regular monthly meeting of Ellport Borough Council was scheduled:to be held on the above date in Council Chambers, Ellport Borough Building. Present were President William Boy and Council members Tammy Mazzant, Matthew Gebhardt and Jacquelyn Bowman. Absent was Council member Jeffrey Borroni. Also present were Mayor Joseph Cisco, Solicitor Thomas Minett, Secretary/  Treasurer Marguerite Christy and Joseph MacDonald.  Itwas determined by Council that the meeting's agenda was not placed on the Borough's website at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time, and there being no pressing business required by Counci., the decision was made by Council to combine the June monthly meeting's business with the.
