Motion authorizing the Council President and Borough Secretary to execute the Agreement. Resolution No. 03 of 2023, Appointing Berkheimer as the exclusive collector of Per Capita Tax for Ellport. Requires vote. Resolution No. 04 of 2023, Appointing a liaison person from Ellport- Council is asked to name a person to be the contact person with Berkheimer to share information, including confidential taxi information. Solicitor Minett suggests that the Borough Secretary/Treasurer be named the appointee. Requires vote. Resolution No. 050 of2023, Authorizes Berkheimer to be Ellport's Tax Hearing Officer required by PA Taxpayers Bill of Rights for the purpose of deciding appeals under the Act. Requires vote. Motion to direct Borough ecretary/Treasurer to complete the ACHAuthorization Form which will start electronic fund transfers from Berkheimer to Ellport General Fund.
