Gerry Ganse of the Saint Francis Church is requesting the church have some forgiveness on their  Confirmation of Quorum  MINUTES- Approval of the minutes (attached) for the June 22, 2023 meeting.  Motion for Approval by  &  TREASURER'S REPORT - Written reports through June 22, 2023 as prepared by Bob Gerber, are  provided with the agenda along with a transaction report through July 15, 2023.  Motion for Approval by  &  PERSONNEL COMMITTEE-  OPERATOR'S REPORT - Written Report is distributed with this Agenda.  INFORMATION-  Amotion needed to shred/destroy old documents according to the PAI Municipal Records  Manual. A list of documents is attached. It is my suggestion the Borough share the costs.  NEW BUSINESS:  Workshops & Events: Annual Trade Show and Conference Sept. 17-20.
