The invoice presented was dated 6/14/2022 and was paid with grant money and fire department funds on 7/22/22. The meeting in April request is that the Fire Department Treasurer and possibly President attend to answer some of the questions council has at which time they will revisit the request for the money for the turnout gear. Mayor Report - Jason Young was approved at the last meeting to be our EMA Coordinator. He willl be at the April Meeting. Hei is doing South Williamsport's EMA and follow up for the Borough Manager is to make sure if we need to share some equipment LCWSA - Olivia reported out on items listed. Video has been completed on Cochran laterals. BMPS were inspected and letters were sent on findings to the residents. Solicitor Report - Resident has filed an answer to Borough request tol hook up to public sewer: system. Solicitor will update US as conference call is scheduled andi if and when we work with the South Willamsport Borough Manager. Riverside Drive Stormwater. Project is stilli in planning phase. court date is set for litigation. Each Friday afternoon Katie and coaches of the Odyssey of the Minds group ages 5-80 used the borough council room to prepare for the competition which willl be held on March 4th at Penn College, and all are invited to attend. Tax office willl be open on Outdoor recreation and Community Events Committee is working with VFW to do Breakfast with the Easter Bunny and immediately after Easter Egg Hunt, we are taking registrations for this event. Other events the group will assist with is Bike Rodeo and Fire Prevention Week with the Fire Department and Night Out with Police Department. Mayor Knecht suggested that we do as street lighting with Candy Cane Lane this year. The community events committee will work with Craig Kropp and John McCormick (residents on Candy Cane Lane) to coordinate this newi tradition. March 7th. LST collection is complete for the quarter. Total is 103 properties. Letter from the Williamsport Chapter of Senior Citizens was presented to council requesting a donation. Borough manager will attend the monthly meeting in March to see what alli the organization has to offer to senior citizens and then will share that information in borough newsletter, social media, and other communication outlets of the boroughs. Borough Manager will ask what the cost are that theyi incur when providing services to their members and will bring this back to council. Street project update- Borough Manager and Public Works are working with Borough Engineer to get bidding information together forl lateral project on Cochran Ave. Public Works and Borough Manager are working on engineering layout and plans for street projects. Working on looking at street ordinances as well as street cuts. President Report - Spring Street has many cuts that need to be maintained and the past were neglected. Borough Manger addressed the concern for Winter Street and Spring Street. Those streets are in the plans fori infrastructure repairs. We are working with engineer and public works to lay out plan fort fixing each street and getting cost. Borough Manager will also look at what it will cost tot temporarily fix the cuts that were neglected prior to 2020. The street cuts that have been made 2020 to current are being maintained. We will add this to the agenda for April to approve. Public Comment Period #2 Richard Gordon 329 Valley Street- - Just had a question about what happened to UPMC with the power outage. His concerns were being without power.
