Dzuro-yes; Mols-yes; Palcsey-yes; McKelvey-yes. Motion carried. Citizens Present Mr. Gross reports the Legion will be having a ceremony this Sunday, the 26th at 1 p.m. at Richland Cemetery. Someone from the Civil War reenactment will be there to let us know what is happening to these civil war cemetery plots. He invited all the elected officials from town to attend. Al brief discussion follows. Mr. Gross comments that Luscombe Lane is supposed to be paved starting Friday or Monday. Ms. Gina Barrett of 3 Goldstrom comments she has been in touch with COG and understands the County has signed the contracts for demolition. COG will be going out for bids once they receive the specs from the engineer. She hopes that 5 Goldstrom can be the first to be taken down as she is having snakes, groundhogs, raccoons, rats, etc. from that property. A discussion follows. Engineer Mr. Dursa reports we received a GTRP Grant in the amount of $50,509 for the Ballfield Concession Stand. We need to discuss and write down everything we are applying for. Whatever we didn't get done with the first Mr. Dursa reports we received the Act 152 Demolition Grant money from the County in the amount of $60,000 Mr. Dursa reports on the CD50 applications that were submitted: Paving-s50,000; Handicap Ramps-$136,500, Mr. Dursa reports the 2nd Round ofL LSA Grants we applied fora are: Jimmy Clarke Payground.s125,88, Handicap Ramps-5165,375;4 4th & Sherman' Wall-$112,360; Paving-$588,216; Public' Works Restroom-564,674. Mr. Palcsey makes the motion to adopt this amended Ordinance. Mr. Dzuro: seconds the motion. Mr. Mols questions what the change on this was. Atty. Rosso responds it was to add the word dumpster to storage containers, added the permit and fees oni it Roll call Atty. Rosso reads the Resolution for the sale of our 2012 Dodge Truck. President McKelvey comments the high bidder was Schrott's Outdoor Service in the amount of $30,000. Mr. Palcsey makes the motion to adopt this Resolution. Mr. Dzuro seconds the motion. Old Business Mr. Gross, Tax Collector, wanted everyone to know that hel has made al healthy tax deposit to the general fund. President McKelvey questions if we can contact the property owner of 112 Euclid to let him know what was Mayor McKelvey brings up again about the handicap handrail at the ballfield. Mr. Dursa suggests toi filli iti in with dirt for now and see howi iti is. We can decide then if we want the handrail. New Business Mr. Dursa comments they are going to mill Luscombe Lane on Friday and pave on Tuesday. Council President McKelvey comments we have al bid of $6501 to take down 2 dead trees behind the building at the ballfield.
