New Business  Mr. Snodgrass comments het feels we need another light on Maple Avenue. Itisawful dark there at night. After a brief discussion, Mr. Snodgrass makes the motion to add an additional light on Maple Ave. Mr. Palcsey seconds the motion. Roll call vote. Dzuro-yes; Mols-yes; Palcsey-yes; Snodgrass-yes; McKelvey- President McKelvey reports we had a meeting with representatives from Glenn Engineering since Mr. Glenn is retiring and agreed that Mr. Joe Dursa will bet the engineer attending our meetings. Mr. Mols comments for informational purposes that he will be bringing up at the meeting this month, a conversation he had with our animal control regarding cats. He asked her if she could enforce our Animal Ordinance. She said she could and has requested Council to give her the authority to cite people under  yes. Motion carried.  our Animal Ordinance.
