Hearing of the Public: HEARING OF THE PUBLIC Bill Roche spoke regarding Impact Corry and the N Center St Trail- - inviting the City to have ar meeting with the Impact Board and DCNR Reps with no public. Hea asked the City to respond tol him directly with any Seth Trott spoke regarding Impact Corry and the N Center St Trail - Impact Corryi is hopeful that the project wills still follow through but understands the Cityi is making sure the residents are being heard. Mr. Trott pointed out that the trail is the same argument the City is making about the crematorium - it's been voted on, it'sa a done deal - but fors some reason this doesn't apply to thet trail. He asked Council to decide and not Cassie Utegg spokei in regards to Impact Corry and the N Center StTrail- - citing numbers from petition signers including city residents, N Center Str residents andi non-residents. She advised that she will continue tol keep Council updated on petition numbers as they come in and pointed out thati iti is clear the majority of Jennifer Utegg spoke in regards tot the N Center St Trail- - at a previous council meeting she observed: a council member mouth the words "we heary you" to al N Center St Trail resident. She said this concerned her and would like to know ifc council is heret to represent everyone or just a small group of people. Shel believes the majority of residents arei int favor of thet traill being open and available for use ands she feels councili is Kimberly Hawkes spoke in regards to the N Center St Trail by reading al letter from Corry Community Sherri Taylor spoke sharing comments of support for the N Center St' Trail, opposition to the crematorium and asked for more transparency! from the Police and for them to enforcei thel laws consistently. She also asked council to discontinue the use of surveys and as well as council re-hashing decisions made by the Shawn Bedow spokei in regards to thel N Center St Trail saying he lives across from the trail and has seen no problems. He is wondering what data therei ist for the amount of crime increase and police reports made since the trail opened up. He also addressed the fire billing ordinance saying he believes it might be illegal andi it was jammed down the residents' throats.
