Connellsville City Council Minutes February 21, 2017 This regular meeting oft the Connellsville City Council was held this evening at 6:30 PM at City Hall, Connellsville, PA. Attending this meeting was Mayor Lincoln, Council members Keedy, Karpiak, Tzan and Mcintire. Also attending was City Clerk Ohler and Solicitor Witt. MAYOR LINCOLN: Police Department Report Chief Hammerle reviewed his report, discussed robberies in the City and the taser upgrades.
