CLARKS SUMMIT BOROUGH COUNCIL METER PARKING ORDINANCE ORDINANCE NO. 150F2015  AN ORDINANCE OF CLARKS SUMMIT BOROUGH AMENDING THE  ESTABLISHED PARKING RATES. Clarks Summit Borough Council hereby ordains:  Section 1. Parking Meter Zones Amended. From now and into the future, the Borough Council for Clarks Summit Borough shall set the fee for parking at a parking meter in the Section 2. Repealer.
