ORDINANCE NO. 2011-4  AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF CLARKS PROHIBITING PARKING AT4 401 N STATE STREET IN  SUMMIT  AREA DEEMED HAZARDOUS  WHEREAS, the Borough of Clarks Summit is a duly ordained political subdivision (the WHEREAS, thel Borough ofClarks Summit has determined that it is necessary for the safety ofr residents and property owners that parking along a sections of streets be WHEREAS, The Borough of Clarks Summit has determined those areas to include:  "Borough"); and  prohibited; and  North State Street - the south side ofNorth State Street starting 20-feet west of the  East Greenwood Avenue centerline and extending 240-feet west.  NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED by the Borough Council oft the Borough of Clarks Summit, and it is hereby enacted and ordained by the authority granted to Boroughs under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, no motor vehicle ofany kind shall bej permitted to park at any time at the above location.
