HA' Thomson Insurance will cover the inspection oft the tanker by the Glick Fire Equipment Company. Chief Breetz stated that hei is working with the East Palestine Fire Department regarding the Norfolk Southern train derailment. The replacement ofg gear worn the evening should be replaced. Paperwork will be filled out and turned over to the proper agencies that are handling the Norfolk Southern train derailment. Mr. VanTassel and Mr. Ordak will be] present when the insurance adjuster and appraiser come to Bessemer to inspect the 1984Tanker. Mr. Buzza offered to help with finding another company for the tank inspection pending council's approval. Mr. Buzza reported that the S. Main Street waterline relocation drawings and specs have been delivered to PennDOT. He has notl heard anything regarding the LSA State Grant application. Mr. Buzza mentioned that Well #2 has returned to service. Mr. Buzza discussed the pipes in the Pump House and the need to replace them or possibly build a new Pump House. A meeting with Book & Proch: should take place in early March 2023. The borough needs to get rough estimates on the two options before them. Mr. Buzza advised council that with the Lead Waterline Inventory, we will need to enter all homes due to the chance that throughout the years the homeowners may have made changes. Mr. Buzza reminded council thati ifa new home was connected to the main waterline after 1991, they do not need to bei inventoried. He also mentioned that the mainlines must be inventoried, and ify you have homes constructed: in different eras, the borough will need to take inventory in thesel homes. Ifyou have recent waterline repairs in the different Mr. Buzza reported that the prices have increased for Gannett Fleming and will need council to sign off on the proposal. He has reassured council that he will: assist int the qualifying of Mr. Nolfi, Mr. Masters, and the newl hires. Mr. Buzza reminded council about the Public Water Supply Report (Due 3/31/23) and the Consumer Confidence Report (Due 6/30/23).
