Mr. Buzza reported that due to PennDOT not sending the layout for the gas lines and storm drains, Gannett Fleming hadt to redo the drawings andi is now over budget and thel borough may owe $5,400 (75% reimbursemen). Mr.Jackson reported that thel bid for the relocation of the waterline was awarded to. Jet-Di Contracting (Medina, OH). We were not selccted to take part in the PennVEST: program. Ifv we want to partake in thel PennVEST funding application, it will cost the borough: approximately $6,000- $8,000 with reimbursement ifthel borough is granted the funds. The DEPI has changed the spreadsheet: again, sO we need tol be up on what is required: for the waterline inventory. Mr. Buzza informed council that the hydrant testing needs specific metering, and that the system could be jeopardized ifc conducted incorrectly. It was recommended that the flow testing be done during the day when public works are available. The firc department will purchase the flow meter for fire-flow testing. The chlorine tank al the pumpl house has a hairline crack ini it. Mr. Buzza recommends that the borough does not put: any chlorine ini it." The borough can purchase drums for the chlorine feed.
