B CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING TUESDAY, JUNE 27,2 2017 MEETING MINUTES  1. CALLTOORDER  Mayor Tollefson called the special City Council meeting to order at 6:00 PMi in Council Chambers. Mayor Tollefson, Deputy Mayor Peltier, and Councilmembers Blossom, Scott, and Roth were present. Councilmember Medina arrived after the meeting had started. Councimember Townsend was absent and  excused.  2. EXECUTIVE SESSION  Council adjourned to the Planning Conference Room to discuss with legal counsel matters relating to litigation or potential litigation to which the city, the governing body, orar member acting in an official capacity is, ori is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regardingi the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency pursuant to RCW/42.30.11000.  2. - ADJOURNMENT Council meeting.
