MINUTES  Thel November 1, 2016 budget meeting of Ambridge Borough Council was called to order at 5:30PM  within Council Chambers. Roll Call: Present:  Mr. Cafarelli Mrs. Caldarelli - late arrival Mrs. Drewnowski Mr. Dunn Mr. McCoy Mrs. Miller Mr. Mikulich Mayor D'Ambrosio None  Alsol Present: Absent: 1.  Borough Manager Kauer, Solicitor Start  New Business Items for Discussion:  Finalize the 20171 Budget- recommend placing on thel November 7h Meeting Agenda for consideration to advertise and public display. The Manager reviewed Budget Plan Bi that would restructure the Code Program into the Firel Department, replacing the current Code Officer vacancy with a part-time firefighter/ /code enforcement officer. Both plans have thes same bottom line, restructuring the code program will save $5,100 as compared to Plan A that keeps operations status- quo. January 15, 2017 and April 15, 2017 in accordance with the provisions of Act 169 of 1998 andi its amendments.
