B CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND  SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL. MEETING TUESDAY, DECEMBER5,2017 MEETING MINUTES  1. CALLTOORDER  Deputy Mayor Blossom called the special City Council meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers. Mayor Tollefson, Deputy Mayor Blossom, and Councilimembers Medina, Roth, and Peltier were present.  Councilmembers Scott and Townsend were absent and excused.  2. EXECUTIVE SESSION  Council adjourned to the Planning Conference Room for the purpose of conducting an executive session, pursuant to RCW/4230.100)8 to review the performance of a public employee.  3. ADJOURNMENT City Council meeting.  Council returned from Executive Session at 6:55 p.m., and Deputy Mayor Blossom adjourned the special  Shhabh Kol Medina, Mayor  Cludfpan Christine Brown, City Clerk
