CALLTO ORDER/ROLL CALL/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Mayor Medina called the City Council meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers. MOTION: Imove to postpone discussion of Ordinance No. 2018-18. Nassar/Tirman: The motion was approved by unanimous consent.
