Seconded by CMO a.Food Bank - Patti Loring with Golden Harvest Food Bank gave the Mayor and Council a handout detailing the pricing and structure of the food bank and explained it. Keith Soles from Mt. Olive Church and. Jack Hinton from the Hinton House spoke about their experience with Golden Harvest Food Bank and how they thought it would be beneficial to the city of Adrian. CM S Hutchinson made a motion for the City to begin working with Golden Harvest Food Bank alongside the Hinton House. Seconded by CM b. Electric Rate Savings Program - CMSHutchinson made a motion for the city to move forward in working with Ron Hoffman and Utility Management Services. Seconded by CMI MI Love. Alli in favor. Speed Bumps - Mayor Smith stated that the city has al lot of speed bumps left and that citizens have been asking for them. Chief Kyle Strickland suggested that we try having 2 speed bumps on Kelly St. instead of 3. Possibly remove 1 on Mill and Gwenda Street. CM MI Love suggested putting some on Railroad Street. Mayor Smith stated that it was up to Chief Strickland to get with the maintenance department to make these decisions and possibly add and remove some speed bumps throughout the city. CM SH Hutchinson made a motion to use the speed bumps that the city already has to be placed in new areas or removed and/or moved to other locations int the city. Seconded by CM M Love. Allin j. Seconded by CM (B) Street Water Department - Mayor Smith stated that the workers are cutting grass and cleaning up (C) Police Department - Chief Strickland gave statistics for the month of April. He stated that the Waymakers group would be hosting al kids day and reminded everyone that there would be al back to (D) Safety Department- CMSHutchinson stated that attended a safety conference in Statesboro. (E) Recreation Department - CM MI Love stated that the animals had been painted and were back at the park. She stated that she would like to make modifications to the stage.
