CALL TO ORDER  Mayor Joseph Geierman called the meeting to order,  II. ROLLCALL  Council Members Gerald Evans, Rebekah Cohen Morris, Christopher Henshaw, Maria' T.  Alexander and Stephe Koontz were present. Council Member Andy Yeoman was absent. III. APPROVAL OF MEETINGAGENDA  Council Member Alexander made a motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. Council Member Henshaw seconded the motion. The motion carried by AYES/ YES: Evans, Cohen Morris, Alexander, Henshaw and Koontz  unanimous vote (5-0). NAYS/NO: ABSTAIN: IV. NEW BUSINESS  A. Resolution Opposing House Bill 1093 and Senate Bill 494  Council Member Koontz made ai motion to approve the Resolution Opposing House Bill 1093 and Senate Bill 494 and Senate Bill 494. Council Member Henshaw seconded the motion. The motion carried by vote (4-1). Council Member Cohen Morris voted against the motion.  AYES/ YES: Evans, Alexander, Henshaw and Koontz  NAYS/NO: Cohen Morris ABSTAIN:  V. EXECUTIVESESSION  Council Member Alexander made a motion to enter Executive Session to discuss Real Estate. Council Member Henshaw seconded the motion. The motion carried by unanimous  vote (5-0). NAYS/NO:- ABSTAIN:-  AYES/YES: Cohen Morris, Evans, Alexander, Henshaw, Koontz  Council Member Cohen Morris made ai motion to adjourn from Executive Session with no action taken. Council Member Koontz seconded the motion. The motion carried by  unanimous vote (5-0).    AYES/YES: Cohen Morris, Evans, Alexander, Henshaw, Koontz  NAYS/NO:- ABSTAIN:- VI. ADJOURNMENT  Council Member Henshaw made a motion to adjourn the Special Called Council Meeting. Council Member Koontz seconded the motion.
