Avenue Doraville, Georgia 30340  Meeting Minutes 6:20 p.m.  I.  CALLTOORDER  Mayor. Joseph Geierman called the meeting to order.  II. ROLL CALL  Council Members Gerald Evans, Andy Yeoman, Rebekah Cohen Morris, Christopher  Henshaw, Maria T. Alexander and Stephe Koontz were present.  III. APPROVAL OF MEETINGAGENDA  Council Member Alexander made a motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. Council Member Henshaw seconded the motion. The motion carried by AYES/ YES: Evans, Yeoman, Cohen Morris, Alexander, Henshaw and Koontz  unanimous vote (6-0). NAYS/NO: - ABSTAIN: - IV. NEW BUSINESS  1.Chamblee Doraville Community Improvement District (CID) Expansion Nicole McGhee Hall, Nickel Works Consulting hired by the Chamblee Doraville CID to conduct the 2022 Expansion. Ms. Hall stated that she was tasked with adding additional property owners to CID. There are seven parcels that are being added and one of the seven Council Member Alexander made ai motion to approve the Resolution for the Chamblee Doraville Community Improvement District (CID) Expansion for parcel 1831004040 located at 5310 Buford Highway. Council Member Evans seconded the motion. The motion carried  parcels is located ini the City of] Doraville.  by vote (5-1). NAYS/NO: Yeoman ABSTAIN:- ADJOURNMENT unanimously (6-0). NAYS/NO: ABSTAIN:  AYES/YES: Cohen Morris, Evans, Alexander, Henshaw, Koontz  Council Member Koontz made a motion to adjourn the Special Called Council Meeting. Council Member Alexander seconded the motion. The motion carried AYES/ YES:- Yeoman, Cohen Morris, Evans, Alexander, Henshaw and Koontz    There being no further business to come before City Council, the meeting adjourned.
