CALL TOORDER Mayor Joseph Geierman called the meeting to order. II. ROLLCALL Mayor Jospeh Geierman, Council Members Gerald Evans, Andy Yeoman, Warren Simmons, Stephe Koontz, Maria T. REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS 1.F Presentation by Kaufman Capital for Phase! Iofthe City Center Project Garry Sobel with Kaufman Capital Partners presented an overview Phase Ioft the City Center Project. Iti included an overview oft the downtown area, topography, infrastructure needs, community stakeholders and placed al heavy emphasis on the 2021 mobility plan. Chris Mutter, HGOR and Paul Flippo, FLIPPO Civil Design presented the details ofthe mobility plan, other city comparison, framework plan, grading changes, potential partnership with private surrounding private properties, and review of vision boards. The Mayor and City Council asked questions and provided feedback. The Mayor and City Council agreed to close out Phase I and direct the City Manager to begin the requirements for Phase II. VI. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 1.1 Discussion on proposed amendment to Section 5-70 regarding driveways Austin Shelton, Senior Planner, provided background information, notes from the previous Work Session, and a summary of changes including location and designs, curb cuts, The Mayor and City Council provided feedback to the Senior Planner. maximum width, materials, and some graphic figures.
