AGENDA ITEM: 1: INVOCATION AND PLEDGE TO1 THE FLAG  Jerry Harkness led the group in prayer. AGENDA ITEM2: CALLTO ORDER The meeting was called to order at! 5:58 p.m. AGENDAI ITEM3 3: APPROVAL OF AGENDA  AI motion to approve the agenda as presented was made by Donnie and was seconded by! Keith. ACTION: The motion to approve the agenda as presented was unanimously approved (4-0). A motion to approve the minutes as presented was made by Donnie and was seconded by John. ACTION: The motion to approve the MARCH MINUTES was unanimously approved (4-0).  AGENDAI ITEM 4: APPROVAL OF MARCH MINUTES  AGENDAI ITEM! 5: PUBLIC RESTROOM CONSTRUCTION UPDATE  There was a short restroom update which included a discussion about EM'sreport. The brick selection  of$30,000 has been secured. AGENDAI ITEM 6: MOTION1 TO ADJOURN unanimously approved.
