AGENDA ITEM: 1: INVOCATION Jim led the group in prayer. AGENDA ITEM2: CALL TO ORDER Lawrence called the meeting to order at 4:35 p.m. AGENDA ITEM3: APPROVAL OF AGENDA  AI motion to approve the agenda as amended adding Georgia Cities Week was made by Donnie and was Action: The motion to approve the agenda adding GEORGIA CITIES WEEK was unanimously approved  seconded by. Jim. (6-0).  AGENDA ITEM 4: APPROVAL OF MINUTES  Amotion to approve the March minutes as presented was made by Shawn and was seconded by Lynn.  Action: The motion to approve the March minutes was unanimously approved (6-0). There was discussion about not having a spring festival buti instead having at fall festival. The Post Office was sent via email and mail the notice oft the lease not maturing. July of 2024. There was a discission about leasing the old City! Hall to a restaurant but no decisions were made.
