Discussion of SSD Bond Process Presented Chris Eldridge, City Manager introduced Doug Gebhart with Davenport and Company a Municipal Financial Advisors and Mark Moore with Alson & Bird. Mr. Gebhart gave an overview of Davenport, the Bond process and how financing the city projects will work works specifically. Mark Moore gave an update on how the bond process will work with the URA, why the bond process works with URA not the DDA.
