CITY OF CLEVELAND CALLED COUNCIL MEETING 2019 MILLAGE RATE AND TAX DIGEST 2nd PUBLIC HEARING JULY 18, 2019  CALLED COUNCIL MEETING Pro Tem Bradley Greene at 6:00 p.m.  The Called Meeting of the Mayor and Council oft the City of Cleveland was called to order by Mayor COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Nan Bowen, Annie Sutton, Kevin Stanley, and Bradley Greene.  Mayor Ash arrived and proceeded over the meeting.  APPROVALOF AGENDA  On motion by Bradley Greene, seconded by Kevin Stanley, in favor - Nan Bowen and Annie Sutton, and carried unanimously, the Mayor and Council voted to approve the agenda for the Called Council 2019 MILLAGE RATEANDTAX DIGEST-) PUBLIC HEARING AND DISCUSSION-2M Mayor Ash opened the floor for public discussion. There was no one present from thej public to discuss Mayor Ash held the meeting open for ten minutes ini the case someone from the public would attend the meeting. During this time, there was no discussion other than Grant Keene, City Attorney, inquiring on the city's oldest piece of equipment. Fire ChiefRicky Pruitt answered it would be the 1956 Ford Fire After the time elapsed, Mayor Ash again stated for the record he was opposed of going up on the millage On motion by Kevin Stanley, seconded by Bradley Greene, in favor Nan Bowen and Annie Sutton and carried unanimously, the City Council voted to accept the second consideration of the 2019 Millage Rate  Meeting for the second public hearing of the 2019 Millage Rate and Tax Digest.  CONSIDERATION the millage rate or tax digest.  Truck.  from 5.899 to 6.00. The City Council was not asked to make comment.  and Tax Digest from 5.899 to 6.00.
