The Carl. Junction City Council met in regular session on Tuesday April 04, 2017 at 7:00 PM at City Hall. Mayor Michael Moss called the meeting to order with the following present: Bob Cook, Don Marshall, Richard Zaccardelli, Mark Powers, Roger Spencer, Wayne Smith, LaDonna Allen and Mike Burns. Also present were City Administrator Steve Lawver, City Clerk Maribeth  Matney and City Attorney Mike Talley.  AGENDA  Mark Powers motioned to approve the agenda as presented. Police report - there was nothing to add. COMMITTEE REPORTS  Building Inspector report - Steve introduced Greg Coats toi the Council. Budget/Finance Mark Powers had nothing to report. Code/Nuisance -Don Marshall had nothing to report. Human Resources Roger Spencer had nothing to1 report Public Facilities & Planning - Wayne Smith had nothing to report. Senior Citizens Richard Zaccardelli had nothing to report.    UNFINISHED BUSINESS nothing we can do abouti it. NEW BUSINESS ADJOURNMENT  Mike Talley reported that the engineer said it was not aj problem with the truck parking on our drainage culvert so there is Bob Cook asked about a brush pile and water standing by the walking trail. He said that there are glass bottles and is afraidi it might be as safety hazard. Steve said that we don'town it and we would have to find out who did. Steve said he would looki intoi it.
