CITY OF  Cleveland  GEORGIA  Cleveland City Council Meeting Minutes Monday, December 5, 2022-6:30 P.M. Cleveland Community Center/Police Department 342 Campbell Street, Cleveland, GA  1. Call to Order  Mayor Turner called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.  PRESENT:  Mayor Josh Turner, Council Members Nan Bowen, Rebecca Yardley, Jeremy McClure, Also present were City Attorney Keith Whitaker, Co-Counsel Grant Keene, and City 2. Invocation = Patrick Ballington, The Bridge Church, and White County Pastor Ballington stated that The Bridge Church raised $78,000 for its Be Rich  and C.J. McDonald (Mayor Pro Tem)  Clerk Lisa Ritchie  Ministerial Alliance  Generosity Campaign. He said last year they raised $47,000.  3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Approve Agenda  Motion by Council Member Yardley, seconded by Council Member Bowen, and voted, Motion by Council Member McClure, seconded by Council Member McDonald, and  unanimously, to approve the agenda.  voted, unanimously, to remove Executive Session from the agenda.  PRESENTATIONS  5. Proclamation for presentation at a later date    Motion by Council Member Yardley, seconded by Council Member Bowen, and voted, unanimously, to approve the Proclamation for presentation at a later date.  CITY ADMINISTRATOR KEVIN HARRIS Administrator items on Mr. Harris' behalf:  Mr. Harris was not in attendance. Ms. Ritchie provided the following City  Appreciation to the Chamber of Commerce, City of Cleveland law enforcement, firefighters, and staff for all the work and collaboration that Anew holiday arch was purchased and placed in front of City Hall. Approve Meeting Minutes  November 14, 2022 Meeting Minutes November 16, 2022 Called Meeting Minutes  Motion by Council Member Bowen, seconded by Council Member McClure, and voted, unanimously, to approve the November 14, 2022 Meeting Minutes and  November 16, 2022 Called Meeting Minutes. 8. Approve Executive Session Minutes    November 14, 2022 Executive Session Minutes November 16, 2022 Executive Session Minutes  Motion by Council Member Yardley, seconded by Council Member McDonald, and voted,unanimousy, to approve the November 14, 2022, and November 16, 2022  Executive Session Minutes. UNFINISHED BUSINESS  None  PUBLIC COMMENTS  Beth Truelove, White County Chamber of Commerce President, addressed the Mayor and Council Members to express appreciation on behalf of the businesses for the Police and Fire Departments, and the City Council for their support and assistance in  making the annual parade successful.  ANNOUNCEMENTS  Ms. Ritchie announced upcoming calendar items.  9.
