The special use permit requested is to allow mini-storage warehouses. The applicant was present and explained the request to the Board. He stated there would be two (2) two-story climate control buildings up front with an office. The remaining units would be garage bays. They are proposing 400 units. He stated they are proposing a black metal fence along the front with an electronic gate and enhanced landscaping and the remaining fence would be chain link fencing.
