CITY OF  Cleveland GEORGIA  Cleveland City Council Called Meeting Minutes Monday, June 13, 2022-6 6:00 P.M. Cleveland Community Center/Police Department 342 Campbell Street, Cleveland, GA  1. Call to Order  Mayor Turner called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.  PRESENT:  Mayor Josh Turner, Council Members Nan Bowen, Rebecca Yardley, Jeremy McClure, Also present were City Administrator Kevin Harris, City Attorney Grant Keene, and City  and C.J. McDonald (Mayor Pro Tem)  Clerk Lisa Ritchie  2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approve Agenda  Motion by Council Member Yardley, seconded by Council Member McClure and voted,  unanimously, to approve the agenda.  2022/2023 BUDGET HEARING -2nd Consideration and Potential Adoption  FY2022/2023 Presentation and Discussion  Mr. Harris addressed the Mayor and Council Members. He presented the proposed budget noting increases primarily due to inflation in gasoline, supplies, etc. He stated  the summary of the proposed budget as follows:  General Fund - Revenues expected = $4,145,545.00  General Government (Admin, Shop, Court) Expenses= Public Safety (Police and Fire) = $2,268,688.00  $1,353,267.00 Streets = $144,475.00 Sanitation = $336,615.00    Cultural and Recreation = $42,500.00  Hotel/Motel = $27,750.00  Confiscated Cash Fund (Police equipment): =$10,005.00 Water 51/716,55.00/Sewer 5190648500.-9.984100 Current SPLOST Capital Projects S-Infrastructure =$1,101,000.00  Public Comment  There were no comments from the public.  2022 -F Resolution to Adopt 2022/2023 Fiscal Budget  Motion by Council Member Yardley, seconded by Council Member McDonald and voted, unanimously, to approve the 2022-09 Resolution adopting the 2022/2023 Fiscal  Budget.
