Morris & Lisa Gosa - 402 Valley Drive - Docket 30-HPC: The Gosa' sj presented their request to remove the old chain link fence and deteriorated wooden fence around their back yard and replace it with a 6ft white vinyl privacy fence along back of property and both sides to include a gate. The fencing will feature a decorative lattice top. The stone retaining wall will remain. On motion by) Reed Fincher, second by Manny Meza, the application was approved as presented..
