CITY OF CLEVELAND CALLED CITY COUNCIL MEETING MARCH21,2022 MINUTES  CALLED CITY COUNCIL MEETING by Mayor Josh Turner at 6:30 p.m.  The Called City Council Meeting of the Mayor and Council ofthe City ofCleveland was called to order COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Nan Bowen, Rebecca Yardley, Jeremy McClure and CJ  McDonald.  APPROVAL OF AGENDA City Council Meeting.  On motion by Rebecca Yardley, seconded by Jeremy McClure, in favor Nan Bowen and CJ McDonald and carried unanimously, the Mayor and Council approved the agenda for the March 21, 2022 Called 2022-05 AMENDMENTTO ALCOHOL BEVERAGE ORDINANCE - CURBSIDE SERVICE- Mayor Turner presented 2022-05 amendment to the alcohol beverage ordinance to allow for beer/wine Mayor Turner asked Mr. O'Bryant is there were any changes or anything to add in the proposed  2ND CONSIDERATION AND ADOPTION curbside service for retail grocery curbside pickup.  amendment. PAWNBROKER- 2ND CONSIDERATION AND ADOPTION- continued  public.  CONSIDERATION AND ADOPTION  Mayor Turner asked Mr. O'Bryant is there were any changes or anything to add ini the proposed resolution. Mr. O'Bryant answered no changes other than the additional employee fee has been removed from the fee schedule as discussed at the March 14, 2022 City Council Meeting.
