Cleveland Community Center/Police Department 342 Campbell Street, Cleveland, GA  1. Call to Order  Mayor Turner called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.  PRESENT:  Mayor Josh Turner, Council Members Nan Bowen, Annie Sutton, Jeremy McClure (Mayor Also present were City Administrator Kevin Harris, City Attorney Keith Whitaker, and  Pro Tem), and C.J. McDonald City Clerk Lisa Ritchie  2. Approve Agenda  Motion by Council Member McClure, seconded by Council Member Sutton and voted,  unanimously, to amend the agenda as follows:  Remove Personnel from item 3  Add item 4, "Discussion regarding Personnel"  and approve the amended agenda. EXECUTIVE SESSION  Motion by Council Member McDonald, seconded by Council Member McClure and  voted, to enter an Executive Session at 3:02 p.m.  3. Discussion regarding Persemme-amt-removed during the adoption of the  agenda) Real Estate  Motion by Council Member McDonald, seconded by Council Member McClure and voted, unanimously, to adjourn the Executive Session and return to the Called  Meeting at 3:32 p.m.    Council Member McDonald opened the door to allow citizens to return to the regular Motion by Council Member McDonald, seconded by Council Member McClure and voted, 2 (favor Council Members McDonald and McClure) to 2 (opposition was Council Members Bowen and Sutton), Mayor Turner broke the tie by voting in favor of accepting the bid for the Talon property from Larry Adams, Mountain Craft Builders, LLC and to authorize the Mayor to enter into a purchase agreement with Mountain Craft Builders for a purchase price of $800,005 as originally bid in the Request for Quote (RFP) process and to authorize the Mayor to sign closing documents. Motion by Council Member McDonald, seconded by Council Member McClure and  meeting. There were no citizens waiting to return to the meeting.  voted, to enter an Executive Session at 3:34 p.m.  4.
