Brandon Hastings spoke on behalfofthe applicant and explained the request to the Board. He stated this is an expansion oft the existing boat storage and will be adding 340 slips for storage. A20 replanted buffer shall be located adjacent to the McEver Road right-of-way, or the tree within the 50' front setback shall be saved. If replanted, the buffer shall include a double row ofevergreen trees to provide an effective screen. The final replanting plan shall be approved by the Planning Director prior to the approval of a land 2.
