Recognize Gary King for his 20 years of service. 5. Special Use Permit #SUP-19-08: Sergey Kiosak 4244 Sudderth Road Parcel No: 7-259-208 Requesting special use permit to allow auto sales and repair. Planning & Zoning Recommendation: #SUP-19-08: Sergey Kiosak requested a special use permit for the property located at 4244 Sudderth Road. The special use permit requested is to allow auto sales and auto repair business. Bruno Taillefer spoke on behalf oft the applicant. He stated there are 98 parking spaces provided and that there would be up to 40 cars on1 the lot for sale and repair services. He also stated they would be finishing 2000 square feet ofc office space on the interior. The Board stated that the front elevation of the building would need tol be renovated similar to the Ace Hardware or other car dealerships in the area. After a short discussion, motion wasi made by Wayne Johnson and seconded by Harley Bennett to recommend approval ofthe special use permit as requested with the following conditions: 1. Outdoor storage of automotive parts, junk vehicles or automotive repair related 2. All automotive installation or repairs shall take place within the building.
