The Carl. Junction City Council met in special session on Tuesday December 1,2 2020 at 8:00 PM at City Hall. Mayor Mark Powers called the meeting to order with the following present: Bob McAfee, Rick Flinn, Roger Spencer, LaDonna Allen, Mark Satterlee and Gary Stubblefield. Mike Burns was absent. Also present were City Administrator Steve Lawver, City Attorney Mike Talley, City Clerkl Maribeth Matney, Deputy City Clerk Alaina Wright and City Administrator Assistant Crystal Winkfield.  AGENDA absent and one empty position.  Ladonna Allen motioned to approve the agenda as presented. Roger Spencer seconded. All in favor.
