He stated the main use would be for a convenient store and the back halfof the property was proposed for a future use unknown at this time. There will be al buffer reduction from 75: feet to 37.51 feet. Adjacent property owner that lives at 2363 Brown Road spoke in opposition to the buffer reduction. Mr. Perkins stated that he did not agree with the buffer reduction and that the Board needed tol know what the future use was going tol be. Kenneth Ley, adjacent property owner, had an issue with the property lines and requested the annexation' be tabled until he could figure out the correct property lines.
