Motion-Smith; Second-Braswell Motion carries However, Councilmember Smith feels that Councilmember Melissa Johnson did violate the Ethics Ordinance by rudely interrupting and challenging the complainant, Mr. Hurst, from her seat at the Council table when he was speaking at a Council meeting, using her position as a Council member to challenge him, andi that she should be City Attorney Kyle Swann advised that a separate complaint with respect to that issue would need to be filed to address that specific grievance regarding Ethics violation.
